So your art prep work should include these :
- Mind map
- Artist Statement
- Research on topic
- Sketches
-Drafts
(This is what Ms Shaha told me)
So your drafts you should draw four.. I think. So two drafts in one A3 paper.
Sketches and research on 2 A3 papers.
Mindmap and artist statement on 1 a3 paper.
So if you do that you did all of it on 5 A3 papers.

So mindmap is on your topic. Just like how we do for the Japanese Occupation.
Artist Statement if I'm not wrong you write about how your final draft is going to be.
You can include about what type of colour you are going to put in like warm or cool colours.
etc etc
So that is what I know you have to do about your art prep work. Sorry for not giving enough information about the mindmap and the artist statement. I hope this helps you all.
